Congratulations Denver Broncos - Defense and Air-Offense Win It

Pretty good game for Orton. Obviously the Broncos have NO running game to fall back on, but they did not allow that to stop them today - Orton is getting to be the big Air Mail Guy. I can only say that for a guy everyone is saying is mediocre, he is anything but. 

The most stunning event today was the choice word Kyle Orton had for the Titan's after the game. I am not going to paraphrase his comments.  Suffice to say that you should watch the channel 4 video I saw a few minutes ago where he makes these comments. Vic Lombardi mentioned that Orton gets the media attention for "most interesting soundbite" for the day. Listen to it. He let's them guys have it for their conduct on the field.

Orton tossed 50 times and completed 35 for 341 yards of offense. Not bad, but he has been doing that even in the games they have lost. Stop talking bad about this guy.  He is proving something here isn't he?  

Orton's worst statistical quarter had been the fourth, where he had an 81.9 passer rating compared to 107.0 in the first; 97.6 in the second and 115.5 in the third

Prater hit four times today but good grief, the running backs stats are dismal almost to be scary to report. 8 yards on 17 carries?  Can that be right?  Orton and his receivers did it all today, along with a very good performance by the DEFENSE.

One big toss down field to Gaffney drew the penalty for Pass Interference and Broncos got 1st and goal out of it - then he hit Buckhalter.  Great way to capitalize on the penalty - you cannot waste those. At the end, the Broncos recovered a Prater kickoff and scored again with Matt's 4th FG. Amazing finish.

All the good stuff happened in the 4th - Cool, very cool.  Man they could really do some damage if they could get a running game to go along with Orton's big ARM.
