John Elway on KDVR 31 Says Tebow has Intangibles

Last night, and on a previous night I saw John Elway talking about the possibilities of what can be achieved this season with Tebow. We are all talking about Tebow's lack of NFL experience, but Elway is saying Tebow has leadership stuff, get it done stuff and other intangible qualities that the team needs.

John really likes the kid, and sees something we all hope is true. Elway said (paraphrased) that Tebow has the kind of drive and leadership needed to win games in tough situations. He called these qualities "intangibles".

I can't find the video of the bit I saw last night, but just to give you some history of what Elway is doing on Tebow's behalf, here are some good stories recently.
