Willis Moves to the Active Roster for Broncos
The Broncos announced on Saturday that wide receiver Matthew Willis has been moved from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster. To make room for Willis on the active roster, the team waived tackle Herb Taylor. A second-year receiver out of UCLA, Willis joined the Broncos as a practice-squad signee on Dec. 24, 2008. He spent the final week of the 2008 season on Denver’s practice squad after a brief stint on Baltimore’s practice squad early in the year. For the full story, click here.
