Elvis Dumervil leads the NFL in SACKS

Isn't it amazing to realize our own Elvis Dumervil is the NFL's leading defensive sacker? Wow, that is huge, and don't think for a minute the Colts have not been talking about him during this week of practice. You bet they have.

Take that fact along with the overall rank of the Denver Defense and you have a winning combination. Now they are number 3 in the league, and they deserve it.

"A lot of outside linebackers in the 3-4 system are very gifted pass rushers, and I would say that Elvis is no different," McDaniels says of the 5-11, 248-pound Dumervil, whom McDaniels immediately believed had a frame better suited for linebacker than the D-line. "He's certainly a little bit of a different type of pass rusher because he's shorter, but he has long arms. And he's got great quickness."

Let's don't forget to add "agressive" and very "dedicated" to the list of adjectives. That's the Denver Defense this year.

Some betters are favoring Denver +7 in the point spread Sunday. Colts have to lose sometime don't they?
