Each Game is Important Now - One Game at a Time

Denver Broncos have a challenge before them. Each game is very important now, just like a playoff game. In order to stay in the hunt for the playoff spot, division or wildcard, they must win each game. That is exactly how they are looking at the contest ahead against the Raiders on Sunday 12/20.

"The fact that we are 8-5 and they're 4-9 doesn't really make a difference to us," Head Coach Josh McDaniels said. "It's a division game. We know it's going to be tough and physical, and they're playing a different style of football. They're aggressive. The word I use to describe them is explosive."

Last year the Raiders came to our stadium and beat the Broncos 31 -10, and it was a humiliating day for the team. They do not want any such thing to happen Sunday, and they are going to do everything they can to win it. I believe they are dead serious and will play well, execute well and win that game.

"The only thing we know is if we win three (remaining games), we'll have a chance to play longer," McDaniels said. "That's what we're focused on right now, and it starts with the Raiders."

The game, with kickoff scheduled for 2:05 p.m. MST, will be broadcast on CBS4 (KCNC-TV). Stick with DenverBroncos.com for continuing coverage throughout the contest.

I sure wish they would try some new plays. It seems over the course of several recent games, the other guys have been viewing the Broncos game films and they realize we run up the middle all the time. How about a reverse, double reverse or end around for some mix up stuff?
