Chargers coming to town for Mile High Contest

The Broncos are back home for 2 straight home games after losing in Washington in Week 10. This week, the San Diego Chargers are in town for the Broncos first AFC West contest at INVESCO Field at Mile High this season.

The Chargers have won four games in a row since falling to the Broncos in Week 6, and now both teams sit at 6-3. The chargers have winning momentum, while the Broncos are struggling to get theirs going again.

"I wouldn't say it is a must-win, but it is definitely a game of high importance because it is a division opponent," Champ Bailey said. "It will help in the long run, but we've got to take care of business right now."

Broncos are hoping for the home crowd in Mile High to be the advantage they need, bolster their spirits and make a lot of noise during the Charger's play calls and counts.

"This is one of the loudest places that I've ever been, this stadium," Head Coach Josh McDaniels said. "We've yet to play a division game yet this year. I think everybody in our building is looking forward to the atmosphere that we're probably going to have on Sunday -- our fans have never disappointed us this year.

"We hope that we can provide the energy and the electricity with the way that we play."

The game, with kickoff scheduled for 2:15 p.m. MST, will be broadcast on CBS4 (KCNC-TV). Stick with DenverBroncos.com for continuing coverage throughout the contest.

Come before the game to Lot C at noon to join the debate, as for the first time ever, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is teaming up with Van Heusen and JC Penney to provide a dedicated fan forum to debate, vote, and voice your choice for the Inductee Class of 2010. There will be a live panel discussion led by legendary Hall of Famers John Elway, Gary Zimmerman and Kellen Winslow. Join the debate as the Hall of Famers interact with fans on who should be inducted. Then cast your ballot for a chance to win autographed items and other prizes. Visit www.fanschoice.com for more.
