They are lining up for the Broncos head coach job
There are quite a number of candidates for Broncos head coach, now including Todd Bowles, a secondary coach for the Miami Dolphins.
Bowlen and his cronies will interview Mr. Bowles Thursday if I understand it correctly. Earlier in the week, they talked to Jason Garrett, the offensive coordinator for the Cowboys.
Hey, Bob Stoops who coaches the Sooners in Oklahoma may also be on the list. He is one of Bowlen's favored possibilities and he visited Bronco training camp 2 years ago.
Pat got his degrees from Oklahoma, so he has some real roots there, and it is rumored that he likes Stoops.
I think they should just walk down the hall and recruit Rick Dennison for the job. He is a former linebacker for the Broncos and probably would be able to take the job starting tomorrow.
I hope Shanahan got a big severance package. He just made a few mistakes by trading away the leaders last summer. He is a good guy, and Denver fans will always appreciate him!
